Theme Thursday for December 27, 2012 - REBIRTH

REBIRTH

This weeks new theme is REBIRTH!

Rebirth you say, what the heck is that?
Darned if I know but it seemed like a good one for the end of the year,
and the fact that we survived the Mayan end of the world prediction.
(Or did we and we are not really here, we just think we are!)

Well for me surviving what ever the heck I have is a good thing.
I need to rebirth some healing cells into my body right now.
I have spent the last week sleeping almost nonstop.
I have been so weak and barely able to eat.
Breakfast in bed, dinner in bed, are not all that great
when you are sick.

I do know that my youngest granddaughter has been crawling
up into bed with me to give me comfort.
Not sure if she loves me more than her pacy though.
But I know in her own way she is trying to make me feel better.

I cannot even believe Christmas is a day away since I have not been
able to do anything other than what had been done a few weeks ago.
It is a good thing the older grandkids will be happy with money,
but I am thinking I will be sleeping on that day.
It will take every effort I have to try to visit them.
And I still have to visit all of you.
Oh my, healing is a slow process right now.
But I will think of the birth of my savior and his rebirth in me.

So how about you?
Is everything going well?
Are you prepared to celebrate if you do?
And if not what do you do?
Do you have a rebirth, a revival?
Are you starting to flourish with something new in your life?

Please come back on Thursday
and let us know what is new in your life?
Thanks again,
Mrsupole

And for those who celebrate,
Merry Christmas!!

Comments are greatly appreciated.
Mr. Linky will be added on Wednesday Evening after 9 pm PST.

  3. I believe in rebirth. Back in the early 1980s, I had a rebirth into Faith. This year, I had the kind of rejuvenation that comes from retiring and remembering myself. There are others, too. I wish you rebirth of health.

So where did this song come from? Besides Joni Mitchell? From another kind of waiting we do, I think. It's different than what you prompted, but this is where I went and I'm going to stand by it.

Happy New Year. Thank you for keeping Theme Thursday growing and glowing!
